The Sara J. Miller guest bedroom measures 20 x 12. Funding for
this room was Sara's 70th birthday gift from her brother, Dave nusbaum and
his family.

A laminate wood floor (Witex brand - oak) offers an easy to care for level surface.
Schlage emergency egress door latch. Just pull the lever door handle down
to both unlock the deadbolt and open the door.
A Honeywell wall-mounted, programmable thermostat provides zoned heating/cooling. Located at 34 inches above the floor, it is easy to read and reach from a seated position.
Extra long pull chain on the ceiling fan and lights.
Sliding windows located at 27 inches above the fllor allow for easy bird watching from a seated position, as well as creating an emergency exit option.
Open closet alcove with clothes poles at varied heights.
Adaptive equipment includes:
A battery powered Hoyer lift and
Tempor-Pedic Pillows which allow your neck and shoulder muscles to relax completely.
